Bishop Noel Jones (born January 31, 1950) is the senior pastor of the City of Refuge Church in Gardena, California, alongside daughter and First Lady, Tifani Jones. The City of Refuge has about 17,000 members and was formerly the Greater Bethany Community Church.
Bishop Jones is divorced, with three children, all of whom are fully grown, the youngest being around 30 and all three of whom are happily married, with two having children of their own. Bishop Noel Jones currently lives a Christian single life. Jones is known for his scholarly messages with a Pentecostal twist and can be seen on his television broadcast "Fresh Oil" on BET and The Church Channel.
Bishop Jones received a Bachelors of Science in Theology from Aenon Bible College and a doctoral degree from International Circle of Faith [1]. Jones is often the guest of his long time friend Bishop T. D. Jakes at his Megafest conferences. Jones has appeared on TBN, CNN and BET on numerous occasions.
Jones founded Noel Jones Ministries in 1994.
